This will be followed by speeches from:
Their interventions will highlight the importance of preserving and promoting local agricultural excellence, with a special focus on the Limoncella apple.
Throughout the day, visitors will be able to participate in interactive games and environmental education workshops led by Silvana Boschi and the Slow Food team.
The program also includes the free distribution of aromatic and medicinal plants, kindly offered by the Regional Nurseries, underlining the festival’s commitment to sustainability and biodiversity.
At the end of the event, there will be sweet and savory tastings prepared by Roxy Bar and Panificio Briciole di Sapori, with special recipes created exclusively for the festival using the Limoncella apple as the main ingredient.
